"大人数の宴会"に有難い居酒屋チェーンで呑んだくれ♥いろいろと頼んだんですが撮り忘れ(笑) なんこつ入りの"つくね"でチーズを包み込んだ"とろ〜り 手作りチーズつくね"♥濃厚なタレで味付けされてるけど 黄身を絡めて頂けば マイルドな味わいに♥
呑んでくれていても身体には気を付けたいので(笑)見た目ヘルシーそうな"三代目 わん流 生春巻き"♥"カニカマ"と"レタス"を"ライスペーパー"で巻いて さらにその上には プチプチ食感がたまらない"とびっこ"がライドオン♥食感も楽しいですよ♥
注文すると 店員さん目の前でバーナーでファイヤーしてくれる"炙り〆鯖"♥鯖は脂がのっていてサバ鯖してないし 炙ることで香ばしさが加わり 程よい酸味と脂の旨みが凝縮されてイケてました♥
中途半端な規模の居酒屋さんにするくらいなら 店も綺麗だし 料理もある程度のラインは越えてくるし チェーン店もたまにはアリですね 美味しく吞んだくれました♥
