新橋駅または銀座駅から徒歩5〜10分程の銀座中央通り近くのお野菜レストラン。
栄養価の高い野菜を取り揃えたヘルシーな宴会を楽しめます。
たまには意識高い系で攻めよう、と予約をして来店しました。
予約したコースは、飲み放題＆乾杯スパークリング付の7品目コース。
・標本風サラダ
・ゴボウのスパイシーチップ
・富士宮野菜のロースト
・マッシュルームのアヒージョ
・丸ごとパプリカのハンバーグのオニオンペッパーソース
・季節の野菜グラタン（紅はるか）
・季節のティラミス
乾杯スパークリングは、かなり甘かったです。
食前酒には甘すぎかなぁ、と。
始める前から終わる、みたいな。
飲み放題は、ハイボール系のカクテルが充実していました:角ハイボール、ジンジャーハイボール、コークハイ、とうがらしハイボール、ローズマリーハイボール、モヒートハイボール
ハイボール系のカクテルにベストマッチしたお料理はごぼうのスパイシーチップ。
ごぼうチップのうえにかかっているスパイスが後引く美味しさです。
振り返ると根菜類の野菜が多く、リーフ系の野菜がなかったですね。シャキシャキレタスやベビーリーフ系も食べたかったです。
根菜類の方がよく噛むのでお腹いっぱいになるからかしら。
意識高い系のレストランは写真がカラフルで映えます（笑。
たまにはいいですね。
