ちょっと食欲が減退気味なのでチラシ系が続く。こちらのお店も烏森通り。3丁目の交番のそばに
お店を構える。地下に降りていくのでやや敷居が高いが路面に出されているメニューを見る限りは
リーズナブルだ。
階段を降りていくと白木のカウンターが広がる。久し振りに寿司屋さんらしいお店に来た。いい感
じだ。初客だったのでカウンターの奥に腰かけてバラチラシ丼をオーダーする。
カウンターなので大将が調理しているところが見える。プラチナフィッシュKAPPOは調理ではなく
制作という感じだったが、こちらは丁寧に包丁を使い仕事をして行く。出来上がるのが待ち遠しい。
出来上がると大将が「お椀」と声を掛けてフロアの方がお味噌汁を汲んで一緒に配膳してくれる。
まずはその美しいビジュアルに目が留まる。細かく切った具材が色彩よく配置されている。私は普
通のチラシよりもバラチラシを好むが、それはこのビジュアルもある。こちらの店のバラチラシは
私が知っているお店（あんまりないけど）の中でもトップクラスだ。
味も申し分ない。具材はマグロ、タコ、白身、エビ、玉子、それに飛子がまぶしてある。食べやす
いように添えてくれる木のスプーン（茶碗蒸しなど用）が嬉しい。
お椀は甘エビの頭を使って出汁を取っている。こういうお味噌汁は本当に美味しい。
これで850円は大変値打ちがあると思う。お店の雰囲気もいいしサービスも〇。たまたまなのかど
うかは分からないけどお客さんは最後まで私だけ。食べている間夜の予約の電話は何本か入ってい
ましたが。
