多分、銀座でそれなりの技術と心遣いのある懐石で、軽い接待や歓談に使うのであれば、これ以上のお店を探すのは（むろん、探せばあるでしょうが)、結構大変だとと思います。
さらしのカウウンターにいる花板は、昔風の一徹な方で、奇を衒うことはなく、かといって一工夫を忘れない正統派の和食を丁寧に創ります。
2度ほどお伺いしましたが、包丁の技術のわかるピンとした刺身、品の良い出汁を使った餡かけに、華美にならない綺麗な盛り付け等、和食の良さを堪能できます。
最初、路地裏のこじゃれたビルの地下二階と聞いて、技量の未熟さを目先でごまかす最近よくある「創作うんちゃら」の店のような感を持ち、「しまったかな？」と思ったのですが、全くの杞憂。
晒しのカウンターを中心に、腰地のテーブル2つ、小上がり１つ程度の、こじんまりとして地下二階というロケーションも味方にした静かな空間です。
自分の手持ちのお店として押さえておきたい隠れ家的ないい店だと思います。
