銀座の和食屋と言えば、まあ、一人2万位が相場じゃが、この店も、店内の雰囲気などからその位かと思いきや、一人1万円でおつりがくるのじゃ。
料理もおいしいし、酒はとにかくうまいし、サービスもいいのに、なぜこんなに安いんだろうと思わず思ってしまう店なりよ。
この店は地下2階なりよ。
普通ならば、空気が淀んでいて、料理の匂いが混在していると思うではないですかなり。
ところが、空気がいつも澄んでいるのじゃ。これは、オーナーのこだわりなのだろう。
まるで、京都の一軒家の窓際で食事をしているような雰囲気なのじゃ。（オーバーかもしれんなり）
どういう構造なんだろう。一度聞いてみてくれなり。（オヤジは恥ずかしがりやなので聞けないなり）
とにかく、細部にわたって気が行き届いている店なり。
日本酒も、その時期に応じて美味い物が置いてあるので、相談してみるのもよいなりよ。
今日は、3人で行ってきたなり。
目的は、一人1万円以下で食べて飲んで出来るかを検証してみたなり。
運良く、オーナーも休みで顔が利かない状態での挑戦だったなり。
佳肴料理を注文して、ビールを飲み、日本酒をチョイスしてもらい、2合ずつ飲んでみたなり。
時間は、3時間半ぐらいは居たと思うなりよ。
払った金額は、2万6千円ぐらいだったなり。
本当に、一人1万円でおつりがきたなり。
こんな落ち着いたお店で、この金額は、なかなかないなりよ。
普通ならば、中居さんが今日は、なになにと言う美味しいものが入っているので、いかがですかとか薦めてくるのが手段なのじゃが、
この店は、そう言う事もせず、その範囲内で、喜んでもらえる料理を出してくる優良店じゃ。
味は、好みがあるので評価は難しいが、オヤジ的には、二重丸じゃ。
