堀座卓の個室。焙茶。サントリーマスターズドリームと、梅酒梅まろや香と、冷卸。冷卸と氷酒を混同してました。エ〜イ 御薦通り熱燗でぃ。

・先付 玉子豆腐 鱧 茗荷 柚子。
・前菜 ①無花果白和。
②茄子田楽 雲丹 銀杏 本占地。
③白烏賊手毬寿司 肝正油。
・珍味 莫久来を追加。
・御椀 船場汁 鯖 大根 冬茹 三葉。
・造里 活鮑擂流に変更。
・焼物 燻製秋刀魚の柚庵焼 舞茸 以て菊 焼葱 酢橘。
・小鉢 山芋素麺 渡蟹正油漬 海苔 山葵。
・強肴 穴子と里芋の照煮 針生姜。

丁寧な料理。船場汁と秋刀魚柚庵焼が殊に美味しいです。喜は楽に非ず。私も日々精進しなきゃです。
