Our Restaurants mainly serves shrimp dishes, but we also offer seasonal dishes made with fresh vegetables, Japanese black beef, and fresh fish. Regarding the course menu, we will be happy to change the menu for those who do not like shrimp or those with allergies, so please feel free to let our staff know. |
一週間前に予約するもカウンター席しかないとのことで人気のお店です。
コースに大体2時間程度かかるとのことで、1130〜1300までの時間ならいつでもOKとのこと。後先考えずゆっくりできるのも良いですね。今回はコースのお願いでしたが、同行者が牛肉アレルギーと言うと快くメニュー変更していただけました。
さて、肝心の料理ですが…
・海老のムース
ペコリーノロマーノがかかっており、ムース自体はさっぱりしているもののチーズの濃厚さがありスルスルと食べられる逸品。もっと量があっても嬉しかった笑
・カルパッチョ
天使海老と赤海老の2種類があり、味の違いを楽しめました。当然ですが臭みもなく昆布のジュレ、ソース共によくあっており美味しかったです。
・海老のビスク
海老を感じるスープ！美味しい！野菜の濃厚さも感じられる逸品でした。フランスも焼きたてで美味しかった。
・真鯛のポワレ
これまでの料理に比べて海老感は薄いですが、真鯛の味を邪魔せずGOOD。真鯛の焼き加減も丁度良かったです。
・海老のグリル
ブラックタイガーと車海老の二種類のグリルです。味の違いが楽しめるのが嬉しいですね。
・ステーキ
海老のコースにお肉？と思いましたが、焼き加減も丁度良く美味しかったです。付け合わせのマッシュポテトも良かったです。
・パスタ
リングイネに海老のラグーソースが和えてあります。量は少なめ、普通、多めが選択できるのが嬉しいところ。海老がトマトとよく合います。九条ネギのシャキシャキ感も良いです。生パスタも美味しいので、これ一品だけでもまた食べたいなと思いました。
適宜料理の説明、こちらの質問にもご回答いただき終始美味しいものを気分良くいただけました。カウンター席かぁと思いましたが銀座がよく見渡せる位置で景色も良かったです。お店の雰囲気も良くデートや記念日にもよさそうです。
次は海老の味わい尽くせるスペシャルコース行きたいですね。ご馳走様でした。
