新橋駅の近くで見つけたお魚の美味しい店を紹介。
食べログ他のwebへの掲載はないが、1,980円（税別）で、2時間飲み放題のプランあり。モルツ樽生、各種ハイボール、サワー、日本酒は冷と熱燗、焼酎、ジュースまでラインナップ。
本日はそちらをオーダー。
また、+980円で『プレミアム飲み放題』にアップグレードもできる。『プレミアム』なら香るエール、プレミアムモルツもある。

JR新橋駅烏森口から歩いて約5分。
都営地下鉄三田線の内幸町からなら更に至近距離で、駅からアクセスも良い。
◎店舗 外装・内装：
飲食店の入るビルの3階。入口近くにはしっかりとした看板も出ており、迷うことはない。
完全個室の店内なので、他のお客さんの声は聞こえど、顔を見ることはほぼない。
◎客層：
声を聞く限り、会社帰りのサラリーマンが多いと思われる。少なくとも学生のノリの飲み会はなかったかと。
◎料理・ドリンク：
本日はコースでなくお好みで。

・ほうれん草とベーコンのサラダ 880円
ハニーミルクドレッシング
ほんのり甘さを感じるドレッシング。新鮮なほうれん草もたっぷり。
・鮮魚の宝石箱 880円×2人前
演出的には動画で伝えたい。蓋を開けると、ドライアイスがモクモク。徐々にお刺身が現れる。演出だけでなく、お刺身も厚く切られ、かつお、ヒラマサ、本マグロの赤身と中トロ、真ダコが新鮮そのもの。臭みもなく美味しくお勧め。
・旨味キャベツと真だこの胡麻塩和え 680円
タコの弾力としっとりとしたキャベツ、柔らかなワカメの歯応え。胡麻もいいアクセント
・豚カルビの塩麹漬け焼き 1,280円
麹をつけて焼いており、添えられているピリ辛味噌でいただく。赤身と脂のバランスがよく脂の甘みも感じられる。
・とろける和牛のたたき 1,280円
柔らかな肉。たたきといえど、添えてあるわさびで食べてもうまい。よくわかってらっしゃる。
・旬魚の西京焼き 980円
脂ののった鰆（さわら）。身も柔らかで、西京焼きがよく合う。
【ドリンク】
モルツの樽生で乾杯。
緑茶ハイ、梅干サワー、焼酎など豊富な飲み放題のメニューから。
◎接客：
とにかく丁寧。そして迅速。飲み放題にありがちな、時間がかかるというイライラ感は全くなし。
そんなこともあり、盛り上がったのでその場で飲み放題を延長！
その場の状況で延長できるのは助かる。（+500円で30分延長可）
