銀座コリドー通りにある九州料理の居酒屋。
店は地下にありますが、結構広くて、席も半個室になっています。
金曜夜遅めに訪問。
お通しの壷入りもやしは辛めの味付けで美味しい。
結構くせになる感じです。
手羽先の唐揚げは中辛と甘口があったのでそれぞれ。
カリッとした触感に、香辛料が香っておいしいです。
博多地鶏のたたきは、博多のポン酢で。
いつものポン酢とはちょっと違う感じ。
鶏も半レアが良い感じですね。
はかた地どり肉厚ももは、塩、藻塩、黒七味、粉山椒などいろんな味で。
肉質はほどほどジューシーで、皮はパリッと。
博多名物炊き餃子はネギいっぱいの濃厚なスープに餃子が入っています。
餃子自体も良いですが、スープの濃厚さが好きです。
豆板醤などで辛くできるのもお好みです。
〆の雑炊はチャーハンになっています。
スープの味に隠れるのでチャーハンの効果はわかりませんが、これも好きでした。
飲み物は、世界のハイボール的なことをやっていて、ブラッドオレンジ、洋ナシ、シークワーサー等々いろんな種類で飲めて、ついつい飲みすぎました。
