東京都中央区銀座8丁目2にある「はかた地どり福栄組合 銀座」さんでいただいた、はかた地どりもも炙り焼きです。
薬味で柚子胡椒や黒七味、粉山椒、塩などお好みに合わせていただけるようになっていますよ。
はかた地どり福栄組合 銀座さんの外観撮るの忘れてしまった。
地下に降りて行って完全個室のお店になりますね。部屋の横には上記の写真のように木も植えてあって雰囲気あります。
掘りごたつ形式で良かったです。
この日はクーポン使って一人5000円くらいのコースだったかな。
飲み放題メニュー。
ビールはモルツ中瓶です。
＋400円でビールがプレモルになりますね。
芋焼酎の種類も多くなります。
いただいたプレモルです。
暑い日に生ビールはやっぱり美味しいよね。
では、例によっていただいたものです。
・まぐろのユッケカルパッチョ
だったと思います。
・シーザーサラダ
明太子がのっていました。
・手羽先の唐揚げ
このお店の名物の一つ見たいです。
・お豆腐と鶏肉の料理だったと思う・・・
名前忘れました・・・
・ポテトサラダ
これにも明太子のってました。
・ロブスター
旨かった。
・はかた地どりもも炙り焼き
美味しかった。
・馬肉のお寿司
おろしニンニクもつけてね。
・抹茶わらび餅
以上。
地鶏やロブスター馬肉のお寿司などなど美味しくいただきました。
