こちらの大将と20年のお付き合いという常連さんに何度か連れてきていただいています。
常連客が圧倒的に多いようですが、一見さんでも居心地よく過ごせる空間。
朗らかな接客で、祖父母の家の炬燵でみかんやお煎餅をいただくような感覚かな。
ギラッギラの銀座八丁目で、田舎に帰ったようなアットホーム感のあるこんなお店って本当に貴重ですね。
大将と二番手さんは長年のコンビだそうで、それはもう呼吸の合ったオペレーション。
つまみも、お店名物のものがいくつかあるらしく、七味をかけた帆立磯辺焼きやねぎまなど。
キンキの煮つけも出していただいたことがあります。
鮨屋さんなのに申し訳ないけれど、握りよりはつまみをいろいろ楽しむのがいいかも。
個人的にはこちらの温かい卵焼きが優しくて好き。
ちなみにこちらの白ワインはトスカーナのものです。
場所柄同伴のお客さんも多いので、聞き耳を立てるのが楽しかったり。
いわゆる食べログ的に流行の鮨屋さんでは体験できない、夜の銀座の活動や事情を垣間見れるのも醍醐味だと思う。
誰にとってもその人にとっての馴染みの店というものは、このお店のような存在なんだろうな。
夜おそーくまで営業しているらしいので、いつかアフターの様子も探りに行ってみたいです（笑）
