この日は親しい方たちとお寿司をいただきにうかがいました。
銀座でお寿司といえばお高いイメージもあり、ちょっとどきどきしてしまうんですが、かなり良心的なお値段だと思います。
結構のんびりできて、沢山の種類のお刺身や握りをいただきました。
こちらのお店の名物のねぎ間。ねぎ間の間はマグロの間です(笑
こんな遊び心を持ち合わせた店主さんのいらっしゃるお店はとても楽しい。
おもしろトーク炸裂(笑
店主さんのお話も今回の楽しい宴のスパイスとなっています。
なにをいただいても美味しいんですが、印象に残っているのが厚い身のホタテを焼いて海苔でいただいたもの。
これには七味がかかっていてなかなか美味しい。
そしてこのホタテ。かなりな大物です。
それからアナゴが美味しかったですね。
アナゴ・・・表を使って握ったり裏を使って握ったりとありますが、こちらは裏を使って握っていて表面をさーっと焼いてあります。
これが香ばしくて美味しいんです。お勧め♪
トロもおすし屋さんならではの美味しいトロでした。
芽ねぎがとても細くて。。。これもよかったです。美味しい。
お刺身もいろいろいただいてレビューの写真に載せた以外にもお酒をいただいていたはずなんですが、これで１2000円とはかなりお安いです。
どうも以前は別のお名前でお店だされていたとおっしゃっていたような。。。
詳しくはわかりませんが美味しかった。
また伺いたいなと思っています。
