平日の夜、お店の長い常連であるクライアントの社長さんとお邪魔しました。
自腹を切っていないので、参考としての点数です。
お寿司屋さんは、ガラスのネタケースのあるお店と、ないお店に大きく分かれますが、このお店は前者です。
お店の雰囲気は銀座の平均的な寿司屋さんと言っていいもので、落ち着きます。
大将は大変人なつっこい方で、皆さんが書かれているように優しい接客です。
サブとの連携もよく、居心地が大変よいお店と言えます。
お客は、カウンターにクラブの同伴と思える1組と、ビジネスマンの1組でした。
常連のせいか、コースメニューに該当するコースがありません。あえて言えば、15,000円のコースを少し変えているようです。
握りにたどりつまでに、お腹が一杯になってしまいました。（お酒を沢山飲んでいるせいもあります）のん兵衛さんは、握りはいらないかもしれません。
「料理・味」は高得点とまではいきません。全体的に創造性・独自性にかけます。！というものがありません。それは、安心できるいつもの料理ともいえるのですが、少しひねりが欲しいと思いました。
卵焼きは、作り立てが出てきましたが、作り立ては冷めているものに比べて、甘さが抑えられているものです。もう少し甘くしていてもいいでしょう。（これは好みかもしれません）
帆立をのりで巻いたものは、のりと大変マッチングがよくお酒が進みました。今日一番の料理です。
少し辛いことも書きましたが、全体としては素敵な寿司屋さんです。
居心地がいいことは、なにより大切ですから。
