東京都港区新橋２丁目にある居酒屋、蟹料理のお店「釜茹・唐揚かに地獄 新橋店」です。最寄駅はJR東海道本線、JR山手線、JR京浜東北線、JR横須賀線、東京メトロ銀座線、都営浅草線、ゆりかもめの新橋駅になります。「釜茹・唐揚かに地獄 新橋店」はニュー新橋ビル地下１階にあります。
「釜茹・唐揚かに地獄 新橋店」へは夕食の時間帯に行きました。友人とSL広場の前で待ち合わせ、お店まで行きました。
友人が前もって予約を入れておいてくれおり、4人掛けのテーブル席に案内されました。

釜茹で提供する本ズワイガニ＆紅ズワイガニが食べ放題でおかわりする毎に茹でたてとのことです。
本来は本ズワイガニと紅ズワイガニが１：１で提供されるのですが、店員の方によればこの日は紅ズワイガニが切れていて、本ズワイガニのみの提供となるようです。茹でたズワイガニが出てきて店員の方が剥き方を丁寧に説明し、実際に剥く見本を見せていただけます。鋏を使って店員さんが手際よく蟹を剥いていきます。腕だけでなく身の剥き方もなかなか上手で、剥き方のコツも教えていただきました。自分でもやってみましたが、我ながらなかなか上手に剥けたと感じました。友人はカニが大好物ということですので主に私がカニを剥いて友人が食べるという形になりました。茹でたての本ズワイガニは剥いて食べるとなかなか美味しく、そのままでも食べることが出来ます。手際よくカニを剥いてお替りを繰り返しました。気付けば２人で１３杯（写真毎に１杯です）食べていました。最後にはイバラガニというカニもサービスで出てきました。このカニは剥きにくかったですし、味も個人的には本ズワイガニの方がよかったです。これで税込で飲み放題付き税込８８８８円はなかなかコストパフォーマンスが高いと感じました。一緒に行ったカニ好きの友人も大満足しておりました。ごちそうさまでした。
