春が来る前に蟹を楽しもうと、新橋のこちらへ。
席に案内された後、（蟹は来店順にご案内」とのアナウンス。
順番が来て店頭のラインナップからチョイス。
茹でカニも焼きタラバも程よい頃合いでスタッフさんが硬い殻にハサミを入れてむき身にしてくれます。
茹では少し細身でしたが、焼きタラバはガッツリと大きく（いずれも自分のチョイス笑）大満足。
カニは無口になるとは言いますが、お酒も進みません笑
せっかくなのでと蟹味噌の甲羅焼も。店長のアドバイスに従い、最後の少し残った味噌に日本酒を加えぬる燗程度に温めていただきました。
