今日は皆んなですっぽん食べて元気になろうという趣旨で集まりました。さらにメンバーの一人は早く子供が欲しいそうです。ならば、生き血に肝刺しだろうということで、すっぽんコースがある和寿にやってきました。
つきだしは、きんぴらゴボウ。外は寒いですがポリポリかじりながらの生ビールはやっぱり美味しい。その時、生血を日本酒で割ったものがお猪口に入って出てきます。皆んなで元気だそう！と乾杯しました。意外に癖もなくさづぱりと飲めます。
そこからはすっぽんのフルコースの始まりです。手と足の部分の刺身と肝臓の刺身が出てきます。わさび醤油でさっぱりと戴きます。肝臓はコクがあって美味しいです。精巣、所謂白子はねっとりして美味。今日は雄だった様です。胆嚢は黒くかじるとずっと苦いのでかじらずに丸呑みを勧められました。これは一つしかなかったので、子供が欲しいメンバーに譲りました。
肉の竜田揚げも登場。骨が細かいのが特徴です、やや食べにくいですが、とても美味しいです。
ここからサワーグラスに氷を詰めるだけ詰めて芋焼酎を6割くらい入れて水割りを作ります。これが丁度良い割り方で美味しいんです。
ところがあっという間に4合瓶が日本空いてしまいます。
鍋は甲羅近くの肉など、コラーゲン一杯でプルプルしていて美味しいです。最後はおじやにしてつゆごと全部いただきました。
