ふと通り過ぎようとした瞬間、かつをの藁焼きの文字が目に入り入店。そこは藁焼きの現場、以前高知に旅した際、かつをのタタキの概念が変わった思い出があり、忘れられない味となった。カウンターに座り先づはかつをのタタキと思って辺りを見渡すとそこには藁の束がいくつも有り、すぐさまタタキをオーダー。目の前は＊藁焼きファイヤー＊かつをの火祭りだ、味は勿論絶品、藁の香りを食べている感じた。他にウツボの唐揚げは意外とふわふわでどろめという生シラスも美味い、勿論かつをのタタキ丼も外せない。オススメです。
又来ました、今日はかつをのタタキだけでなく、四万十鶏の黄金揚げや藁焼を頂きました。旨味がありカリカリでかつしっとりしてちょっと酸味のあるタレと相性抜群で、はちきん地鶏の胸肉は藁の匂いとゆず胡椒の辛味が相まって美味いです。最後に香南にら塩焼きそばは実にあっさりしていますが旨味がありニラの香りが漂って旨さ倍増です。ご馳走様でした。

久しぶりに来ました。
今日もかつをの塩たたきがスタートメニューですが、その前に付き出しに野菜のディップ？が到着。だいこん、レンコン、胡瓜、トマト、揚げ物、ブロッコリーなどが入っており、ディップ？いや付けダレが選べます、今日は三人なのでラー油、味噌、生姜にしました、いずれも野菜に合って付き出しには最高です。タレは使い切らず取っておいた方が良いです、後で芋天をたのんでそれに付けて食べると一段と美味しくなります、芋天だけだとちょっと甘いので付けて食べると良いつまみになります。今日はかつをが美味しく2皿も頼んでしまいました、ウツボの唐揚げも美味いですが。
