先週新宿のわら焼きだったが、今度は新橋のわら焼き。店名が少し違うが同じ経営母体の店のようです。旧友３名との会食で飲みほ付きのコ ースを予約。コース内容は新宿の店のと少し異なるが、値段は一緒、５５００円。前菜３種（鴨ロース、炙り明太、どろめ）。どろめは生シラスみたいなもので、土佐料理らしい。青さと豆腐の入ったサラダ。カツオわら焼きは塩でいただく。土佐おでんは、なんと酢味噌を付けていただく。キビナゴ唐揚げとジャガイモ天。豚肩ロースのわら焼き。炙り鯖棒寿司。デザートはシャーベット。質・量ともよろしいかと。
飲み物は生ビール、冷酒（酔鯨、土佐鶴、司牡丹の飲み比べ）、芋のお湯割り。４人で語り合うと、２時間の飲みほはあまりに短い。
