全国の食材を使った絶品料理
伊萬里とは佐賀県伊万里市から由来し、故郷を想い名付けました。佐賀、長崎を中心に全国の食材を使い、その時季に美味しいものをリーズナブルな値段で楽しんでいただきたいと思います。店内は木を使った落ち着いた造りになっており半個室で座敷を用意しております。掘りごたつになっておりますのでゆっくりできると思います。テーブル、カウンターもご用意しております。当店は料理を楽しんで頂きたいので全席禁煙になっています。 |
部署に新人が入ったので歓迎会をすることにしたんだけど。
どっか行きたい店があるかと聞いたら、ランチのウマかった店の夜に行ってみたいってことで。
同僚２人に新人１人、４人で仕事終わりに行ってみることにした。
看板下にある細い階段はチト薄暗いが、店に入ると明るいしきれいな感じでなかなか。
刺身を人数分と、新人まかせで適当に。学校出たばかりだけど注文のセンスが渋いな。
伊万里のイメージって牛肉とかチャンポンとかだったけど、この店は魚がウマい。
刺身の鮮度なんかはもとより、金目の煮つけも自分好みの甘辛具合で身もほっくりしていたな。
