前々から食べログで気になっていたお店！
新橋に打ち合わせがあり取引先の方に一軒目沖縄料理をご馳走になった。
二次会で伺ったので既にお腹は満たされていたがどうしても行きたくて2人で訪問。
食べログのコメントを見ていて人気店と言うのは知っていましたがやはり満席。しかし5分くらい待ったら入れますとのことで待つことに。。
ちょうど5分で入れました。
先ずはタン刺しを注文。しっかりと脂身の旨味が感じられる豚タン、とても美味しかった。
次にハラミ。極上の旨みと焼き加減が最高。少しレア気味が自分には嬉しい。
かしら これまた最高の部位でした。旨みと言うか中トロみたいな少し脂身があり食べ応えもあって美味しい☺︎
次回はお腹を空かせていっぱい食べてみたい。
再訪確定です。
