新橋飲み2軒目は「平木商店」に来てみました٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و
生まれも育ちも生粋の新橋っ子の店主平木さんは、
老舗の焼き鳥「鳥藤」で修業されたそう。
ご夫婦でこじんまりとした小料理屋をOPENさせ、
気軽に飲んで楽しめるアットホームなお店が人気♪
カウンター、テーブルはもう満席でした。
外のテーブル席が空いていたので、
この時期は外でも気持が良いのでここで飲みましょう☆
メニューは平木氏が焼く「焼き鳥」を軸に、
スペイン料理やイタリアンなど、
和洋折衷料理が楽しめます。
お値段も500円～1000円とコスパが良いですね！
お酒は、お手頃なワイン中心に色々ありますが、
実は、奄美諸島産の「黒糖焼酎」がおススメだそう。
全て550円で幻の地焼酎を提供してくれますよ♪
白ワインをボトルで注文し、おつまみを。
◆フライドポテト 明太マヨ（680円）
やっぱポテトは外せないのだｗ(笑)
カリカリではなくフニャッとしたポテトだけど、
明太マヨがずるい脇役。。お酒が進む♪
◆串焼き盛り合わせ（5本）（1000円）
ねぎま、つくね、レバー、皮、砂肝。
特別感動はなかったけど、普通に美味しいです。
◆カルボナーラ（1500円）
〆のパスタは正解でした！！！
太麺にソースが良く絡み、濃厚♡
スモーキーなパンチェッタに卵のとろとろ感♡
これは是非食べてみて( ´艸｀)
他にもボロネーゼ、4種のチーズ、トマトソースもあり。
ご夫婦のお人柄と明るく温かい雰囲気の中で、
お料理も美味しく、リーズナブルなのが人気の秘訣ですね！
