We always stock 7 types of red and white wine, and 10 types of brown sugar shochu. Yakitori uses red wine for the sauce, so it goes great with wine.

Opened by combining the Grilled skewer skills honed at a long-established yakitori restaurant with the cooking experience gained at Spanish and Italian Cuisine Restaurants in Tokyo. We aim to be a traditional small restaurant run by a husband and wife team that values communication with customers.
Food Highly recommended "Today's Spanish Omelette"
We use carefully selected eggs from a poultry farm in Funabashi City that has been in business for 60 years. We also have egg-cooked rice so you can enjoy the simple taste of chicken eggs. The rice is also made with rice from contracted farmers in Uonuma and cooked in an old-fashioned pot. The vegetables are organic, grown using chicken manure, and all ingredients are carefully selected to be of quality that we can trust.
