平日のランチで銀座方舟 大吟醸しずく店さんを訪問してきました。
場所は銀座8丁目。
銀座駅、新橋駅からそれぞれ徒歩6分ほど。
方舟さんは、全室完全個室で北信越の会席料理を提供しています。
完全個室なので接待はもちろん、デートや子連れでも訪問しやすく接客も丁寧な会席料理屋さん。
事前に予約をして5名で訪問しました。
和装の女性スタッフさんに案内してもらい、靴を脱いで和室のお席に着席。
掘りごたつで広々とした空間は居心地最高です。
温かいおしぼりが出てきて事前予約していたコース料理が提供されました。
・旬彩五種盛り合わせ
盛り付けも美しい前菜。
新ジャガイモの摺流しはじゃがいもの優しい味がとてもおいしかったです。
ほかにも、新潟産の枝豆ゼリー寄せ、美雪鱒南蛮漬けなど。
・北陸鮮魚三種盛り
今回は金沢産のメジマグロ、すずき、アオイカ。
・合鴨治部煮
里芋や車麩、金時草など。
合鴨の火入れ具合はもちろん絶妙なのですが、味付けが最高に好みでした。
・越後牛水晶焼き
赤身で柔らかい越後牛。
添え野菜もりゅるい豊富で贅沢な一品
・生湯葉鼈甲餡掛け
海老、ずいき、蚕豆
強肴はお酒のおつまみに最高
・十五穀御飯 縮緬山椒
南魚沼産のこしひかりに縮緬山椒
間違いなさすぎる〆
・久八製茶場 加賀棒茶
しっとり、甘さ控えめ。
添えられた小さなキウイの酸味も心地よい。
以上にお酒を少し飲んでお会計は1人7000円前後。
完全個室で接客も丁寧で大満足のランチとなりました。
見送りも店外のエレベーターまで見送っていただき、立地や接客を加味するとコスパもかなり優秀！
またいろんなシーンで使わせてもらうことになりそうです。
