曲がり少しのビルにあります。
銀座らしいクラブやラウンジの割烹、鮨など
いわゆる銀座の雑居ビルです。
何度か予約しましたが
土曜日はかなりの確率でいっぱいです。
昨日電話したら12時からの個室か
13:30からのカウンターのみとのことです。
個室は3000円からのコースとのことです。
13:30で2000円のコースを予約しました。
13:30に到着すると１０席ほどのカウンターは
我々の席のみが空いていました。
土曜日は予約必須かと思います。
まずは飲み物の注文から
本日は熱いお茶にしました。
続いて茶碗蒸しが到着。
これは、かなり熱いです。
魚介の出汁がしっかりとでています。
ここから鮨の始まりです。
