一休でお得なプランを見つけて、予約して伺いました。
博品館の裏手の雑居ビルの2階ですが、白木のカウンターが迎えてくれます。
L字型9席しか見えませんが、個室のテーブル席もあるようです。
コートは預かって下さり、荷物用の籠もご用意下さいました。
頂いたのは以下のものです。
・百合コース 3500円
茶碗蒸し・寿司8貫・巻物・お椀のランチコースに、スパークリングワインが付くプランでした。
スパークリングワインは、飲みやすいお味で美味しかったです。
蟹とどんこの茶碗蒸しは、トロトロ滑らかで美味しいですが、ちょっと熱過ぎで食べるのに時間がかかってしまいました。
握りは、キンメ(お塩と酢橘)・しめ鯖(浅い締め方で好み)・鰤・鮪赤身(美味しい〜写真失念)・中トロ・鰹・雲丹・穴子(甘過ぎないツメで美味しい)でした。
酢飯の大きさを聞いて下さったり、美味しく食べてもらおうというお気持ちが伝わりました。
玉子焼きは、2切れも付けて下さり幸せ。
喜び過ぎて写真失念しました。
お味噌汁は、あら汁でもちろん美味しい。
巻物は、鉄火巻き・紐胡瓜で、こちらは赤身の美味しさが印象に残りました。
カウンターの中も外も、皆さんでおもてなしして下さる雰囲気がとても良かったです。
ランチコースは2500円からあり、銀座でリーズナブルに江戸前寿司を頂けます。
