こちらは、新橋SL広場からセブンイレブンを曲がってすぐの烏森神社ビル 5F
最上階5階ということもあり、新橋飲み屋街とは思えない静かさとムードのある雰囲気の個室でイタリアン＆ワインを頂くことができます。
最上階は少し奥まっていて、下からは見えない構造になっているのも雰囲気アップの理由かも
ビルの看板と、お店の入り口のマットにIZAKAYA DIAMOND FISH
と書いてあるのですが、全く居酒屋の要素はありません。
この日はコースのお料理とそれに合わせたワインを頂きました。
前菜：
・ キャベツとベーコンのキッシュ
・ スモークサーモン
・ タコのカルパッチョ バジルソース
・ さつまいもチップとカレー風味の魚のすり身
・ チキン味噌チーズ和え
・ 温野菜(ヤングコーン、スナップエンドウ) タラモソース
・ うずらの燻製
一つ一つがとてもおいしい！
タコのピンクペッパーがとてもいい感じだし、スモークサーモン凄くおいしい
これは、この後のお料理の期待が高まります！
お魚
・ 大海老と帆立と真鯛
海老の下に帆立と真鯛が隠れていました！
どれも身がホクホクでおいしい！
そしてこのシャルドネが素晴らしい！
メニューにないワインをお店の方が出してくれたのですが、素晴らしい樽香と果実味のバランス
お肉＆チーズ
・ ローストビーフ、ローストポーク、生ハム、ゴルゴンゾーラ、カマンベール、クリームチーズ、茹でピーナッツ
・ ビーフシチューとパン
この辺りでピノが飲みたい所に、ちょうどビーフシチューとパンがやってきたので、ピノと一緒に頂きました。
コチラのお店、お料理かなりおいしいのですが、それに合わせてワインが頂けるとグラスワインの種類が沢山あってとてもうれしい
繰り返しになりますが、ホントにココは新橋！？って思っちゃいます。
デザート
・ パンナコッタ & コーヒー
このパンナコッタ、好きなタイプです。
そしてお料理とワインを頂いた最後に頂くコーヒーはまた格別！
お料理もワインも、そしてお部屋の雰囲気もどれも最高です。
店員さんはいいタイミングでお部屋を訪ねてくれます。
新橋でしっとりお料理とワインを頂くならここだね！って感じです。
