The other day, I went to this restaurant ``Diamond Fish'' for the first time when I was having a meal with a friend to see if there was a recommended restaurant.It's located right next to the SL plaza of Shinbashi Station, so it's very close and easy to find. I arrived about 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and had to wait for an acquaintance inside. It was supposed to be wine dining, but it was still bright outside. I ordered a beer first and enjoyed the view from the window. All seats are in private rooms, the lighting is slightly dim, and the background music is moody jazz vocals. It's the perfect space for a meal with close friends, couples, or co-workers! While I was drinking beer in a relaxed mood, my acquaintances soon joined me and we started eating. The basic dishes are a selection of the day's courses, so starting with the appetizers, you'll suddenly feel stylish! A well-balanced plate of Seafood, meat, and vegetables. It goes well with beer or wine! At this point, we switched to the recommended white wine that goes well with the next dish, and sautéed shrimp, scallops, and sea bass with butter. The seasoning is simple, but the shrimp stock melts into the sauce and creates an outstanding harmony! I wanted to eat the leftover sauce with bread. The Matsusaka pork and Hitachi beef were perfectly cooked and juicy! After refreshing my palate with the recommended red wine, I had the beef stew. There is a large piece of tendon meat in there, but it is stewed to the point where it melts into pieces. After enjoying the hot bread and beef stew as a dip, I had panna cotta for dessert. The inside of your mouth will feel refreshed. Even though the food was served in a private room, I could feel that the food was served with great care, and I was able to enjoy the food and drinks in an elegant manner! I was able to enjoy the appearance of the restaurant, which had Italian Cuisine elements with French cuisine elements and Japanese-style meal-style tableware. (^O^) I think it would be suitable for selection course meals, recommended wines, special occasions, business entertainment, etc. I was impressed! Thank you for the meal!
