中途半端とイメージする人は少ないはず。
どっちつかずの人生を歩く身としては、
中途半端といわれると耳が痛い。

自分で焼いてTKGと食すという内容。
半生で食えるという鮮度抜群の肉らしい。
しかし火力が強いため
鉄板に乗せたらすぐに全焼き状態。
鉄板に乗せるというより炙るくらいがいい。
ということに気づいたのは
完全に肉が焼けてから気づいた。
どっちつかずの俺なので
全焼きでも問題なし。
味に大差はきっとない。
一気にお肉を焼いて卵と絡めて
ご飯にかけて食べれば、
どういう感動が待っているかは決まってる。
