念願だった、新橋カキ小屋へ行ってきました＼(^o^)／
新橋SL広場から有楽町駅方面を線路沿いに真っ直ぐ。。高架下にあるので分かりやすいです。
事前に予約していたのでスムーズに席につけました(^^)
まずはビールを注文し、お通しで蒸し牡蠣が登場☆☆
テーブルには軍手と牡蠣むき用ナイフがセットされているので席で焼きあとは、自分で剥いて食べる！！
力作業でしたが開けるとぷりんぷりんの牡蠣が現れます〜♡♡
生牡蠣、蒸し牡蠣と堪能しホンビノス貝からホタテまで(^^)ん〜〜さいこう〜＼(^o^)／
個人的には生牡蠣が好きでオイスターバー派でしたが、焼き牡蠣も旨みがギュッと詰まって美味しかった☆
写真にはないですが最後に焼きおにぎりを頼み自分の好きな焼き加減まで焼き焼き♪♪
コスパもよく存分に飲み食いしても1人5,000円程でした(^^)
平日だけど19時回ればほぼ満席だったので予約必須なのかなあと言う印象でした♪♪
ちなみに同じ並びに2号店もあります。
