Food Starting from June 10th! A new summer staple! "Spicy grilled motsu on an iron plate, Yamamotchan"
A new summer-only standard menu will be on sale from June 10th this year! The very popular Motchanyaki is made with tender domestic beef small intestines and a mountain of mixed offal and vegetables grilled to a juicy finish! The sweetness of the meat and vegetables is combined with a stimulating spiciness, making it so delicious you'll be hooked once you try it.

Mentaiko, along with Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), is one of Yamaya's signature dishes. It goes without saying that it is a famous restaurant specialty. It is marinated in our specially selected "Takumi no tare" sauce for an incredible 168 hours (7 days). This slow aging process allows the "Takumi no tare" sauce to permeate the mentaiko! It's a must-try dish when you come to Yamaya!
