今日はたまにはお肉で！ということで
友人にご紹介いただき、お伺いしました。
せっかくなので
・黒豚黒牛せいろ蒸し（¥16,000）
前菜
せいろ蒸しの肉と野菜

とお腹いっぱいいただきました。
お肉は牛と豚をアレンジしていただき、
牛の脂と豚の脂を堪能させていただきました。
ポン酢と胡麻の2種類のタレにつけて、
飽きずに最後までいただけました。
この店の凄さは野菜でした！
色とりどりの旬の野菜をふんだんに蒸していただきました。
南瓜やさつまいもの根菜類からキャベツやにんじんと
蒸した感じがとても野菜の美味しさを引き立てておりました。
本当に美味しくいただけました。
また行きたい店に追加されました！
