At the time of our founding, Chinese Cuisine were not yet common. We pursue the taste of Chinese Cuisine, which is not yet popular in daily life, so that Japanese people can enjoy it deliciously. Since then, we have been used by many customers, and we were able to open a branch called ``Ranen Hanten.'' As our main store, we offer food and service that is on par with other Ranen Hanten restaurants. All of the ingredients used in our dishes, including vegetables and meat, are domestically produced. We use carefully selected ingredients, including vegetables delivered directly from the farm and meat purchased from a long-established butcher in Shimbashi, our hometown. A number of "Chinese Cuisine that suit Japanese people" have been created through repeated trial and error.
