2023/10/XX (Lunch) I visited this place because I was drawn to it after reading a review from my reviewer. After that, I saw a video on YouTube and saw the food being cooked in a clean kitchen by a highly skilled chef, so I decided to visit. Entered the store as soon as it opened. There were no customers. There were a lot of things on the menu, but I decided to order this one before I went. [b:■ Earthen pot Aya Kaiseki lunch @ 1,430 yen (tax included)] *Paid with PayPay. There are four main dishes to choose from, but I chose the black vinegar subbuta. In addition to the main dish, it comes with rice, corn soup, salad, three kinds of Fried food (Chinese shrimp Tempura, spring rolls, and fried chicken wings), shumai, chawanmushi, Japanese octopus and tofu, meat and potatoes, pickles, and oolong tea. This is the content. Now, for the main dish, the sweet and sour pork, the filling had a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and the pork itself was delicious. It was also good that the vegetables such as onions and green peppers had a crunchy texture. The salad was average, but all the other dishes were delicious. In particular, I felt that the three kinds of Fried food that were served piping hot were of sufficient quality as a side dish. It seems that it was founded in 1952, but it doesn't feel old-fashioned, and the inside of the store is clean and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, the cost performance was good, and the food was delicious. I'm interested in other menu items such as Seafood jajangmyeon and two-color mapo tofu bowl, so I might visit again.
