新橋駅から歩いて10分位でしょうか、汐留駅の方が近いです。
コンラッド東京の28Fにある、ブュッフェレストランです。
今回はイチゴのブュッフェがあるという事で来店しました。
昼の時間で予約をして来店しました。コンラッドホテル自体がお洒落で洗練された内装で入口から期待が高まります。
専用エレベーターで上がり一番奥です。
中は窓が大きく天井迄ガラス張りで開放感があり、居心地が良いです。
早速、イチゴのブュッフェを、見てみます！
おぉー凄い数の苺デザートですね！どれから取るか迷う程ですね！どれもデザインが良く美味しそう！
食事の料理も揃ってます、ローストビーフみたいなステーキとチキンオーバーライス、が有ります。
先に食事からステーキ、チキンオーバーライス、ケイジャンシュリンプを食べます。
ステーキは柔らかくラディッシュと一緒に食べます。
一緒に食べると、サッパリとして美味しいですね。
チキンオーバーライスはクリームの味とパクチーの味がして、優しい味です。チリソースをかけて食べます。ご飯も丁度良い炊き加減で美味しい。
ケイジャンシュリンプはトマトの酸味とクリーミーな味わいで美味しいです。
苺のデザートはそれぞれ手が込んでいる物ばかりでテンション上がります。白チョコレートと柚子のジュレが入った物、苺ソースの下にリンゴのゼリーが入った物、酸味と甘味が絶妙で美味しいですね。
全体的に上品な甘さと苺のフレッシュな酸味が合わさり、どれも美味しいです、ブュッフェでこれだけ美味いのは久々です。
感動、連れも大満足のブュッフェでした。
