水曜の20時に刺し盛りコースを予約して伺いました。
店内は満席のようで入口の黒板に○名様は○時の案内です、と書かれていたので予約推奨です!
【お料理】
■前菜2種盛合せ→つぶわさとえんがわユッケ
つぶ貝が大きめで嬉しい!えんがわのユッケ風味もえんがわの味が引き立つ味付けで日本酒が進みます。
■日替わりサラダ→恐らく魚バカ一代サラダ
ゆず風味のドレッシングとマヨネーズがよく合う。お刺身も入っている贅沢な海鮮サラダ!
■本日の揚げ物→大粒カキフライ
ジューシーなカキフライ!個人的には野菜味の強いソースをかけるよりもタルタルorレモンが相性○でした。
■豪華刺し身盛り合わせ→6種
種類はお伺い出来なかったのですが、特にマグロとアジは脂がちょうどよく美味しかった!
■本日の魚料理→メロの煮付け
久々に銀ムツ頂きました。ホクホクの白身魚の煮付けは安定して美味しいですね!
■蛤の出汁ラーメン
帰りのラーメンいらずの嬉しい〆!
【サービス、雰囲気】
店内は明るすぎず暗すぎず落ち着いた空間で、スタッフさんも丁寧にご対応頂けて、衛生面もキレイでした。
良くも悪くも何かが飛び抜けている訳ではなく、全体的に満足感がある店舗さんでした。
こだわりが日本酒なので、アラカルトでプレミアム日本酒と好みのお料理を注文した方が、値段も上がりますが満足度高くなりそうですね!
