広島に出張した時、ビールスタンド重富さんに行って
空いてたので港区界隈の美味しいビール店を教えてもらってブックマークしました
それを順に追って行く遊びをしております
同行者はビール工場で品質管理を生業としている父を持つビアエリート
宴会ビルでバイトが注いだスーパードライも飲めるけど
やっぱり別物
なんでこんなに違うのかというくらい美味しい
しかも注ぎ方で味が明らかに違う
この楽しさはなぜか遠く離れた広島で教えてもらった
内田日和で注ぎ分け飲んでるけど
ここまでの透明感はない
銀座のホールの銀座ライオンは泡が雑で受け付けず。
美味しいビールを欲したらここに来たらいいと思います。
我々二軒目で満腹だったのに
美味しすぎて別腹で、3杯ずつ傾けたら消える勢いで飲んでしまい閉店時間
広島で飲めなかったミルコを作ってもらいました。
ふわふわでいい香りです。
