仕事関係で行きました。場所は分かりにくいですが、わかりにくいと知っていれば、問題なく見つけられます。このレベルの銀座の高級店にはいくつか行ったことがありますが、オーソドックス系の寿司店です。ちょっとした密談もあったので、個室であったのがちょっと残念、職人さんとの会話が出来ませんでした。
先付けにタコの柔らか煮、刺身盛り合わせ、焼きハマグリ、白子の白焼き、そして握りだったと思います。料理はどれも一級品でしたが、おススメのノドグロは脂が乗っていて本当に美味しかった。一貫一貫が小さいので、数をたくさん食べられるのも嬉しい。
まあプライベートではなかなか来るところではないと思いますが、今度はカウンターで食べてみたいですね。
