「佐とう」は、JR新橋駅烏森口より徒歩3,4分のガード下から路地裏に入った雑居ビルの地下1階にお店を構える隠れ家的な居酒屋です。お店では、季節の魚を使った料理を食べることができます。
この日は、平日の20時30分に予約して3人で訪れました。
店内は、小ぢんまりした造りで、大人の隠れ家にぴったり。客席は、カウンター7席と4人掛けのテーブルが2卓用意されています。
メニューは、新鮮な刺身の盛り合わせをはじめ、白身魚のフライやズワイガニのコロッケなど豊富に取り揃えられています。また、飲み放題がセットになったコースもあります。
そのなかから、注文した料理のラインナップは、

日本酒に合う海鮮料理を中心に全8品を堪能しました。
「ズワイガニのコロッケ」は、揚げたての熱々でクリーミーなソースがクセになる一品。カニの身も贅沢に使われており注文必須です。
「真鯛の刺身」は、弾力があり噛むたびに、タイの旨味が口のなかに溢れて美味しかったです。また、日本酒との相性も抜群でした。
店主も気さくな方で、楽しく会話をしながら過ごすことができました。
ちょい飲みでも利用しやすいお店だったので、今後も定期的に再訪したいです。
