This is one of the few hidden gems among the high-quality Japanese restaurants in Ginza. The atmosphere is not exactly the same as ``Ichiniki'' and ``Uchiyama,'' but it is similar. It is delicious with Kyoto style soup stock. Perhaps it's because of the husband's moral character, but judging by the young people's behavior and looks, it's different. It's much better to have been taught the basics of both food and service than a young worker who is resting on his laurels at a poor Michelin restaurant. The owner also gives the impression of being strong and quiet, but he is actually a skilled person who prepares dishes while keeping an appropriate distance from the customers. At this location, you can enjoy delicious Japanese-style meal for around 18,000 yen. It makes sense that the customer base is mostly corporate executives. There is a space in the back that can be turned into a private room by occupying the sliding door. Actually, since around the year before last, it has become easy to spend 40,000 to 80,000 yen per person to eat delicious Japanese-style meal in the Ginza area. Or you may not be able to make a reservation at all. Shinbashi ``Kyomi'', Ginza ``Iyuki'', Ginza ``Koju'', Ginza ``Ichigi'', Ginza ``Uchiyama'', Ginza ``Jirocho'', Ginza ``Toyoda'', ``Sottaku'', ``Asami''. . . Considering the level of food, location and price, Tabelog points of 3.9 to 4.1 are a good level. Overall, it's delicious, so it's enough to say that it's enough, but when there's one specialty dish that's unique to this restaurant, you'll be instantly hooked (although it's hard to get too excited about it (^^;)). There are a lot of men in the executive class and their companions, so there aren't many young people, so I think it's good that they stand out, for better or for worse.
