銀座の八丁目。駅でいうと銀座と新橋の丁度間ぐらいにあって非常に便利な場所。銀座で割烹と言うと敷居が高い感じがするが、ここは隠れ家チックながら、気軽に通える雰囲気で使いやすい。
料理はあっさりとしていながら、しっかりと出汁をきかせていて、基本に忠実。コースメインだけど、お腹の具合によって量も調節してくれるし、ちょっとつまむだけでも対応してくれる。
こういうお店を一つ知っておくと、いろんなシチュエーションで使えるので本当に良いと思う。お酒の種類も豊富なので、料理に合わせて色々楽しんでほしい。
