熱燗が美味しい季節。美味しいお料理とお酒を楽しもうと以前伺ったこちらを思い出し訪問。
行く前に席のみ予約をしてから訪問しました。
平日19時ごろの訪問で、個室のようになっているテーブル席はにぎわっていました。

・お通し：カンパチのお椀
お出汁もしっかり、あたたまるお通しは寒い日にはうれしいです。
◆お刺身盛り合わせ ￥1800
ヒラメの昆布〆 羅臼の昆布塩/ウメイロ 唐墨塩/カワハギ肝醤油/真鯛/太刀魚/クロムツ/カンパチ
ものによってはおすすめいただいた塩などでいただきます。
ヒラメは昆布の風味がしっかり感じられ美味しいし、鯛などもしっかりと脂がのっていました。
色々な塩が楽しめたり、たくさんの種類の魚が楽しめたりと、お酒もすすむお刺身でした。
◆鮭の酒浸し ￥750
酒にどっぷりとつかった鮭。
お酒が染みてくると味わいがかわってくるのも面白い。
ちまちまいただくのによいおつまみでした。
◆農園野菜のオーブン焼き ￥1000
人参4種,、蕪2種、大根3種
野菜ってこんなに種類があるんだというくらい色とりどりな同じ種類の野菜のオーブン焼き。
どれも甘みがしっかりとしていて、それぞれ味も異なり美味しかったです。
◆熟成唐墨コロッケ ￥500
ほくほくのじゃがいもたっぷりのコロッケ、唐墨のしおっけがお酒をすすめます。
◆真鴨の御狩場焼き ￥1500
少し味が濃い目でしたが、程よい野性味と食べやすさのバランスのよい鴨で美味しいです。

熱燗があうお酒が多いのでいろいろといただきました。

お料理は基本的に美味しいのですが、提供までにかなり時間がかかるのが残念。
その間にも日本酒はすすんでしまうので結果、割高な印象です。
美味しい熱燗がそろっているのはうれしいし、魚もジビエも楽しめるのでお料理のラインナップも好みなので、提供時間さえ改善されたらまたうかがいたいです。
あとお茶をお願いしたらしっかりとお金はとられるので(言われてないけど伝票に入ってました)ご注意ください。
