新橋、赤レンガ通りのビルの地下にあります飲食店の一つ。テレビの居酒屋探訪番組で紹介されており、BMしておりましたが、ランチ営業中と知り、早速参りました。ハッカの香るオシボリと口当たりの良い金属カップが幸先良いです。ランチは、限定数のハンバーグ1500円、生姜焼1200円、鶏の柳川1000円、煮穴子・出汁巻玉子丼1000円。肉は、山形、信州、熊野等のブランド品のようですが、ダイエットのため、魚の煮穴子・出汁巻玉子丼を頼みますと、先客お喋り２名様よりも数分早い注文になりました。ピアノ音楽を邪魔するレンチンの音が出来上がり近しを告げた10分で来ました煮穴子・出汁巻玉子丼は、煮野菜とお新香、赤出汁付き。トレイに直置きのスプーンと箸には閉口しましたが、箸をお茶で浄め、穴子から頂きます。フックラではないですが、甘くない味付けはご飯に合います。赤出汁のミツバが浮いている感じなのと、このご時世に喋り続ける高齢女性客が気になりました滞在時間20分です。
