It's an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located in the basement of a building on a quiet street, about 5 minutes from Shinbashi Station. The interior of the restaurant is small, with 6 seats at the counter, 4-person and 6-person tables in the raised area, and 5-person private rooms. On this day, an acquaintance's daughter got married, so I and her partner celebrated together. I was surprised to find that the otoshi was a proper kaiseki-style soup, with the fillet of itoyori floating in an elegant clear soup and a mitsuba leaf on the spout. When I ordered the sashimi platter, I was surprised that each person was served on an individual plate. This makes me happy because I can pick at my own pace without any strange reservations. The rare scallop Tempura was served cut into individual portions, and although it was literally cooked rare, the center was warm and perfectly fried, making it delicious. This restaurant also focuses on wild game, so they've added Ezo deer monaka and mallard duck Okariba-yaki. Ezo deer monaka is made by crumbling the deer meat like corned beef and sandwiching it between the monaka skin. The contrast between the crispy monaka skin and the texture of the venison is both fun and delicious. The mallard duck is a wild duck that has been harvested from the net, so it has a firm texture and a delicious wild taste that oozes out the flavor the more you bite into it. They also have a wide selection of sake, so we have selected some interesting brands with labels that would appeal to young people. It wasn't cheap at about 10,000 yen per person, but I was completely satisfied with both the food and the service, so I don't think it's expensive.
