無化調醤油ラーメンと江戸前小丼の究極の食べ合わせ

日曜日の朝8時台から新橋で所用。用事が終わってもまだ9時前なので、何処かで朝食を・・と考えたら、行きがけに灯りがついているラーメン屋があったことを思い出し、入ってみることに。
「きたかた食堂」は毎日朝7時からラーメンを出しているそうで、平日であれば通りがかりのサラリーマンも多いだろうが、日曜日の朝までちゃんと営業しているのが凄い。券売機を見ると海鮮系の丼とのセットがお薦めされているが、朝なので醤油ラーメン単品、スープは背脂入りの「まったり」をお願いした。
程なくして到着した醤油ラーメンは、確かに凄い背脂。でも飲んでみると非常にあっさりした感じ。太めの縮れ麺もスープによく絡んで美味しく、あっという間に食べきってしまう。会社の近所にこんな店があったら、仕事前にこれが食べたくて早起きしてしまうかも。新橋の貴重な朝食スポットとして、頭にインプットしておくことにした。
