新橋で見つけた喜多方ラーメン店。
朝からやってるのは本場っぽくて良いですね。
ただ、喜多方ラーメン名物のチャーシューてんこ盛りはなくて、あっさり2枚だけは寂しい。
とても上品なスープで、無科調らしいけど、喜多方ラーメンは、うまみ調味料味と言っても過言ではないので、それ無くしてこの味を出すのはかなり苦労されたのではないかとお察しします。
付け合わせのとろたく丼も良いバランスでした。
でも本場の方が好き。
