Exit the Hibiya Exit ticket gate of Shinbashi Station, pass through the SL Plaza, and proceed to the Kanbe Tochiro building across the street. There is a Chicken Cuisine called Suegen on your left and Karaoke no Tetsujin with a blue sign, so turn right at the corner and you will see Karasumori Shrine on your right. Continue straight ahead and our store is on the second floor of the building three doors down from Karasumori Shrine. 新橋駅からすぐ近く、烏森神社のある狭い路地のとある雑居ビル2階で営業している小料理屋さんです。
訪問したのは土曜日の夜。事前予約済み。
今宵はコチラで晩御飯なのです。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席×2卓。こじんまりとしてます。料理担当は大将お一人なので、このくらいの席数がちょうど良い。
雰囲気ですが、高級感は皆無だが居心地はよい。場所柄、たまに酔っ払いの奇声が聞こえるのはご愛嬌。
予約したコースは旬のおまかせコース 12100円です。内容は以下の通りです。
じゅんさい フルーツトマト
刺身 まこかれい
あいなめ 椀物
刺身 初鰹
寿司 とりかい あじ
ヤングコーン天麩羅
鮎
鰻白焼き＋御飯
蕎麦
マンゴー 佐藤錦
最初から最後まで美味しかったです。
和食らしくコッテリした味付けのお料理は皆無で、どれも素材を活かしたものになっています。
そして、素材が良いからとても美味しいのです。
特に野菜や鮎が秀逸でしたね。
時間をかけて焼いた鮎の清らかな香りがいい！
最後に出てきた鰻の白焼きもパリッとした焼き上がりでお酒が進みますね。
それと、日本酒も旨いところが色々とあって酔っ払いますよ。
気取ったところのない小料理屋さんでしたね。だけど、味は間違いなしで美味しかったです。雰囲気も良かったです。
