Exit the Hibiya Exit ticket gate of Shinbashi Station, pass through the SL Plaza, and proceed to the Kanbe Tochiro building across the street. 店のサイズは小さめ。お客さんや大将、スタッフさんたちの距離が近く、暖かい雰囲気。
お任せコースのみ。旬なものがが味わえる。
あの小さなキッチンから美味しいお料理が出てくるのが不思議。
素材を活かし、味付けはシンプルながらにうまい。
出汁がとてもよい。一品がちょうど良いサイズ。
一人でキッチンをやっているので、少し時間はかかりますが、飲みながら気長に待ちましょう。
