Exit the Hibiya Exit ticket gate of Shinbashi Station, pass through the SL Plaza, and proceed to the Kanbe Tochiro building across the street. There is a Chicken Cuisine called Suegen on your left and Karaoke no Tetsujin with a blue sign, so turn right at the corner and you will see Karasumori Shrine on your right. Continue straight ahead and our store is on the second floor of the building three doors down from Karasumori Shrine. 新橋の狭い路地の小さなビル、狭い階段を上がるとお店があります。独食にもよい感じです。カウンターに落ち着きビールを飲みながらお料理へ。こじんまりとした料理が次から次へ、いやいや全部旨い。小料理的で、派手ではないが味は絶妙、凄く旨い! 日本酒に切り替え、次へ。いやー旨い。こんなに大ぶりで美味しいじゅんさいは初めて。何品出ただろ?、記憶の限界を超えています。2時間半はかかっただろうか?、時間と品数はもう少し抑えて頂いても。ただ、とにかく丁寧な仕事、至極の味、なので、次の品が楽しみで飽きません。ごちそう様でした。
お店は最寄り駅から数分以内の小さなビル2階にありました。薄茶色~肌色が基調の店内だったと思います。
完全禁煙。
事後調べでは、2016年にオープンのようです。店主は東京のホテルで7年働いた後、個人店の割烹料理屋で1年ずつ何店か働きいていたそうです。山路という名前は、父親が盛岡で商いしていた寿司屋の屋号みたいです（六本木にあった山路というお店で働いていてそこの暖簾分けみたい）。間違いがありましたらご容赦下さい。
