今回お邪魔したのは各線新橋駅のSL広場から徒歩1分のところ、洒落たビルの6Fにあるこちらの日本料理屋さん。
全席個室で京都ぽーくをはじめとしたこだわりの食材が堪能できるお店らしく、今回はネット予約から
【京都ぽーく】出汁しゃぶ会席 「京 きょう」¥12000/1名を連れと2人分オーダー。
エレベーターで6Fまで上がり、扉が開いた目の前にここぞとばかりの大きな暖簾がある。
女将さんらしき方々も見え、他10名程スタッフさん達が忙しなく働かれていた。
…言うても品のある動きですよ。
お客さんが廊下通る時は頭さげはるし提供スピードも問題なくスムーズ。
個室に通していただき、温かいおしぼりを受け取るとまずはドリンクのオーダー。
生ビールはないもののクラフトビール含め、ビールだけで6種類とビール党にはアガるラインナップだった。
コースの内容と共に感想を。
まずは
先付…桜胡麻豆腐。
この季節だからこそ提供できる風情ある仕上がり。
ねっとりと舌の上で広がりつつ胡麻の風味も持ち合わせているかなりハイブリッドとも捉えられる胡麻豆腐だった。
一の造り…ボタン海老新芽野菜サラダ仕立て
ぷりっぷりのボタン海老に酢橘を絞って新芽野菜のシャキシャキと共に頬張るなんともハイソサイティな逸品。
二の造り…初かつお 韮 エシャロット
香味ポン酢がかかっており韮とエシャロットの風味と独特の味がさっぱりした初鰹とよく合う春らしい一品。
進肴…湯葉玉地蒸しフカヒレ餡掛け
フカヒレ食べる機会ないよねぇーとつい2.3日前にツレと話していたのだが、思わぬ遭遇。
温かい茶碗蒸しの上にしっかりフカヒレ醍醐味の繊維質を感じる事が出来た。
また火入れ加減が上手なんよ。
クタクタにならない程度のフカヒレの火の通り具合が絶妙に好みだった。
凌ぎ…蟹爪と丘ひじきの酢
丘ひじきって食べたことあります？？
なんだろう、私はほぼ初めて食べたのですがコリコリとシャキシャキのハーフのような食感でめっちゃ好みだったんです。
なかなか見る機会のない食材だと思っているので、これは食べる価値あるなぁと心底思えた。
ちなみに蟹爪も身がぎっしり入っており食べ応えも充分。
土佐酢がかかっているのであっさりと食べやすい点も素晴らしい。
出汁しゃぶ…京都ぽーく
しゃぶしゃぶと言えば豚肉なんすよ。
たっくさんのお野菜と共にサッとしゃぶしゃぶした京都ぽーくをたっくさんのきざみネギを包んで頬張る。
これが良いんよ。
しゃくしゃくのネギが良い塩梅でどんどん食べれちゃう罪なメイン。
〆…鯛出汁茶漬け
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁でひつまぶし風に。
まずはそのまま、次に出汁をかけて、そして最後は胡麻ダレで楽しめるこれまた止まらない逸品に舌鼓。
甘味…水羊羹 苺
最後まで手を抜いてない感じがまた良いんです。
水羊羹の上に苺がちょこんと。
最後の最後に完全に口内リセット完了です。
とこんな感じでまぁ充実。
チラ見程度だが、客層は40代の以上の方々が多いかなぁて印象。
まぁわざわざ個室でしゃぶしゃぶのコース言うたら20代とかは少ないかもね。
日本酒や焼酎のラインナップも豊富だったので接待などでも使われてそう。
IQOSやgrowなどの電子タバコなら吸える席もあるみたいなのでその点利用時は要確認した方が会社の飲み会などでは良いかも。
新橋駅近でこのクオリティなら是非1度。
満足度かなり高かったです。
