名前の通り、お店さん自慢のお出汁で頂く桜胡麻豆腐！お出汁ももちろん美味しいけど桜胡麻豆腐なのが季節感も堪能できて良い！
桜の香りと風味がふわりと感じられるお豆腐で胡麻豆腐ならではのねっとりとした舌触りとお出汁の優しい味とマッチしててとても美味しかったです。
・上造り
初かつおの香味ぽん酢がけ
ニラとエシャレットの薬味がいい感じのアクセントになっててとても美味しい初かつおでした♪
かつお自体も厚切りでカットされてるので食べ応えもしっかりあります。
・上凌ぎ
蟹爪と丘ひじきに柚子と土佐酢をかけた一品。見た目も味もお上品すぎる、、！蟹大好きだから嬉しいし見た目からして絶対美味しいやつです笑✨
この丘ひじきも普段なかなか見ない食材だから珍しい！こうゆう変わった食材を頂けるのもコース料理の醍醐味です。シャキシャキしていて癖がなくとても美味しかったです。
お鍋のコースなのにこんなに素敵な一品料理が何個もついてくる事も嬉しい！！
・出汁しゃぶ
メインのお肉様はお肉は京都産 京都ぽーくと、近江牛です。さっぱりとした味わいの京都ぽーくとトロトロの霜が乗った近江牛！
どっちも美味しいに決まってる！お店さん自慢のモリモリ、たっぷりの刻みねぎと自慢のお出汁で頂きました。シャキシャキのネギの食感とお肉が合ってて美味しい〜〜！
ポン酢はポン酢でさっぱりと食べれてとても美味しいけど折角なのでお出汁で食べてほしい！！
昆布や鰹節などを豊富に使った上品なお出汁とお肉、野菜の相性が抜群すぎて、、！
お肉の旨味と甘さをより上品に引き出してくれるような、そんな素敵なお出汁になってます♪
たっぷりの薄く刻んだネギとお肉とお出汁‥食べた瞬間から美味しくてしあわせな気持ちになれる‥！そんな出汁しゃぶしゃぶでした♪
〆は目の前で茹でて頂く生蕎麦でした♪
瓢喜の自慢のお出汁に合う生蕎麦で、カレー粉を添えて味変できます。
そのまま食べててもお出汁が美味しいからもちろん美味しいです。
カレー粉をいれるとスパイスの味のお陰で凄くさっぱりと食べる事ができるのにお出汁の旨味もしっかり残っていてより美味しくお蕎麦を頂く事ができちゃいます♪
・デザート
自家製水羊羹と苺でした。水羊羹はとてもさっぱりした味つけであんこの味もしっかり感じる事ができます。上に乗っていたいちごも熟していてとても美味しかったです。
あと、一緒に出てきた京番茶が個人的にはいい感じの渋みでさっぱりとした後味でとても美味しかったです！
前日個室でのんびりゆっくりお食事できるお店さんになってます。なのに店員さんの接客は抜群で飲みモノが無くなったりしてると凄くナイスなタイミングで聞きに来てくれたり、食べ終わってすぐに次の料理を持ってきてくれたり、準備しますねと声をかけてくれたりなど、、接客も完全個室なのに神対応すぎました笑
食べ終わった後もかなり長い時間のんびりさせてくれたりなど凄く有難かったです！
